Riggs Barr, a local artist and founder of Riggo Design, is participating in J. Andrews Salon’s Annual Art Opening (1260 North Dearborn, Chicago) Friday, May 6th from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This show will feature Riggo Design handmade pieces of steel wall art, including mirrors, sconces, crests and more – all of which are for sale. He also designs and builds steel furniture and accent pieces on a commission basis. Other artists featured include, Lynn Floriano showcasing her jewelry and Joerg Metzner displaying his photography.

Riggo Design, Inc. was founded by Riggs Barr, a Chicago artist who creates custom furniture and sculptural pieces made of raw steel. His pieces are for people and businesses who cringe at cookie-cutter furniture design or for those who know what they want but just can’t find it anywhere. Who understand a custom table can (and should) be a lot more than a place to drop your keys. It’s an opportunity to make a dramatic first impression, a bold declaration of style. It’s a chance to create a timeless family heirloom…where you can drop your keys.
